Our firm represents health care providers in virtually every aspect of Medicaid program audits, investigations, and litigation. These providers include physicians, hospitals, medical groups, dentists, mental health professionals, pharmacies, nursing homes, home health agencies, and other health facilities. We also assist providers in obtaining Medicaid provider status (provider identification numbers), and in proceedings seeking to revoke or terminate a health care provider's Medicaid status. Ms. Beharry has previously represented the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) against Medicaid providers in overpayment actions involving statistical sampling and extrapolation, variance requests, cost report audits, interim rate requests, quality assessment fees, provider suspensions, and provider terminations.
