This includes representation in investigations, appearances before professional boards, and representation in all phases of administrative litigation. If you have received a notice from the Florida Department of Health that your professional license is under investigation it is highly recommended that you contact us before speaking to an investigator. The Department's investigator may invite you to participate in an oral interview or submit a written statement. However, any information you disclose to the Department's investigator during a good faith attempt to elaborate can be used against you.
